​By booking a session or using this website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.

1. Who We Are

2. Services Offered

Vibracion Origen offers holistic wellness sessions, including:

  • Shiatsu massage

  • Sound therapy

  • Tuning fork acupressure

  • Combo sessions combining the above

Sessions may be offered at a fixed location and/or as home-visit appointments, as indicated at the time of booking. Availability, duration, and pricing for each service are shown on our website and may be updated from time to time.

3. Booking Process

  • Once you submit a booking request, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not yet constitute a confirmed appointment.

  • Your session is confirmed once we verify availability and you receive a second email or message confirming the date, time, and location.

  • Please arrive on time (or be ready to receive your practitioner, for home visits) — late arrival may reduce your session time without a reduction in price, at our discretion.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate contact and location details when booking.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed on our website in the applicable local currency and include any taxes required by law, unless stated otherwise.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Cash, in local currency, paid directly at the time of the session

  • PayPal

  • Stripe (credit/debit card)

  • Bizum (for clients in Spain)

  • Twint (for clients in Switzerland)

Payment is due either at the time of booking or at the end of the session, as specified when you book. We reserve the right to require prepayment for certain sessions (e.g., home visits or first-time bookings).

5. Cancellation Policy

Because each session reserves a specific time slot exclusively for you, the following terms apply to all bookings:

  • 48 hours or more before your session: free cancellation or rescheduling, full refund

  • 24–48 hours before your session: rescheduling or cancellation with a 50% refund

  • Less than 24 hours before, or no-show: full session fee retained

  • If we cancel: you will always be offered a full refund or free rescheduling

  • Exceptional circumstances (documented medical emergency, etc.): contact us — we will consider rescheduling without penalty on a case-by-case basis

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by email or phone (see contact details above). Refunds, when applicable, are processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Note: since sessions are booked for a specific date and time, this policy replaces the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to online product purchases, in line with EU and Swiss consumer regulations for time-bound personal services.

6. Your Health and Safety

  • Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, or other health considerations before your session, so we can adapt the treatment safely.

  • Our therapies are complementary wellness practices and are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a physician if you have concerns about your health before booking.

  • We reserve the right to modify, shorten, or decline a session if we reasonably believe it may not be safe or appropriate for you, in which case a full or partial refund will be offered as applicable.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vibracion Origen does not guarantee specific results or health outcomes from any session. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, except where liability cannot legally be excluded (such as death or personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, and design) is the property of Vibracion Origen and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
