Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Vibracion Origen, each session is reserved exclusively for you. Because appointment times are limited and cannot always be filled on short notice, the following cancellation terms apply to all bookings, whether made by clients in Switzerland, the EU, or elsewhere.

Cancelling or Rescheduling Your Session

• 48 hours or more before your session: you may cancel or reschedule free of charge, with a full refund.

• Between 24 and 48 hours before your session: you may reschedule or cancel with a 50% refund of the session fee.

• Less than 24 hours before your session, or in case of a no-show: the full session fee is retained, as this time was reserved exclusively for you and could not be offered to another client.

If We Need to Cancel

If Vibracion Origen needs to cancel or reschedule your session (due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances), you will always be offered a full refund or a free rescheduling to a new date of your choice.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of documented medical emergency or serious unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible — we will consider rescheduling without penalty on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please Note

This cancellation policy is separate from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal that applies to online product purchases. Since your session is booked for a specific date and time, it falls under the category of time-bound personal services, for which a fixed cancellation window — rather than an open-ended withdrawal period — applies under both EU and Swiss consumer regulations. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
